The limits, in plain English
- What counts as a minute?
- The length of the audio you analyze. A 12-minute call uses 12 of your 15 free minutes. Re-analyzing a call you already uploaded is free.
- What does Pro “unlimited” mean?
- Up to 50 hours of audio per month. That is a fair-use ceiling to stop abuse, not a target — if you are near it, email us and we will sort it out.
- File limits
- 25 MB per file, in mp3, wav, m4a, mp4, webm. Longer calls usually need to be compressed or split.
- Does the free plan expire?
- No. It is capped by minutes, not by days. Recordings and transcripts are kept until you delete them.
